We are open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
We provide care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with separate rooms for each age group:
Hand in Hand does not take any bonds upon enrolment, however a non-refundable admin fee is processed for securing a child’s position.
A minimum of 2 days per week is required for enrolments, and bookings must include either a Monday or Friday.
Billing occurs weekly on Thursdays through direct debit, starting on the first Thursday after your child’s first day of attendance.
Yes, we provide five nutritious meals daily, prepared by our onsite chef. Our meals adhere to the Munch and Move program, ensuring healthy and balanced nutrition for the children.
We have a large outdoor play area, and younger children will not be in the area when older children are playing to ensure safety and comfort.
We offer daily tours. Please note that your child must be present during the tour with you. Availability is not guaranteed and families may be required to join our waiting list post tour.
We provide up to 3 orientation sessions for each child, totalling one hour, with a parent present onsite.
Before your child begins, we need a birth certificate, immunisation statement, and any necessary paperwork for medical conditions, allergies, or intolerances.
Our South Wentworthville centre is new and has not yet been assessed under the NQRS.
