As a first time mum I was super nervous to send my little one to childcare for the first time. The team have been nothing but supportive through this transition. After seeing other childcares, the space and resources are fantastic, and staff have been very caring and informative. The backyard space is special! Extremely happy with the centre.

My son loved it at Hand in Hand, he learnt so much before going to school this year which made starting kindergarten a smooth transition for him!

Both of my children attend this centre and we’ve had a really positive experience. One of the main reasons we chose it was because of their strong focus on child protection and transparency, it’s clear they take children’s safety seriously and are open with families about what happens day to day. It’s been great for my youngest who is turning one, and my eldest who will be starting school next year has really benefited from the school readiness focus as well. The educators are caring, approachable and genuinely know the children. We’re really happy with our choice.

Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre has been an amazing experience for our family. My child has learned so much and grown in confidence since attending. The staff are truly incredible caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The school readiness program is fantastic and has really helped prepare my child for the Kindergarten. I also love the extra activities they offer, including having a sports coach and a language teacher come in once a week, which adds so much value to the children’s learning. I couldn’t recommend Hand in Hand highly enough.

My son Ted absolutely loves Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre! Since joining, his confidence has blossomed; he's a chatterbox; and it’s just been incredible to watch his growth. The educators are caring, patient, and truly invested in the children’s development. The food is wonderful, and the activities are creative, engaging, and fun. We feel so lucky to have found such a nurturing environment where Ted is thriving every day.

My son has been here for 1 year and they have made us feel so welcomed and at home. They are very informative with day to day activities and important information that happens at the centre. I highly recommend this daycare for your kids, the directors Julia and laetitia are soo welcoming, helpful and very humble towards the kids. I have also met the owner on orientation day and my sons first day, they are extremely welcoming and absolutely transparent as they are parents themselves. I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre.  My 5 years old has grown so much this past year academically, emotionally, and socially. The school readiness program is amazing, and you can really see the difference it makes. He comes home excited to share what he’s learned and is so confident about starting school. The educators are warm, caring, and truly go above and beyond for the children and families. They recently held a beautiful celebration for their first-year anniversary, and it showed how much heart and effort they put into their community. We’re so grateful for everything the team does, such a special place that genuinely prepares children for school while making them feel loved and supported. 💕

As an occupational therapist, I had the pleasure of completing developmental screeners at Hand in Hand Early Learning Centre, and I was thoroughly impressed with the centre. The facilities are bright, modern, and thoughtfully set up to support children’s learning and play. The staff stood out as incredibly welcoming, engaged, and committed to the children’s growth. What was particularly impressive was their initiative in organising both occupational therapy and speech pathology screeners for their children (something not commonly seen in many early learning settings). This shows a genuine dedication to prioritising children’s development and ensuring families have access to early supports. It was clear to me that the team values inclusivity and invests in equipping their educators with the tools to foster a supportive, nurturing environment where children of all abilities can thrive.

My 19-month-old has been attending Hand in Hand Early learning centre, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of care provided. The educators are professional, nurturing, and attentive, creating a safe and welcoming environment where children feel secure and engaged. My children have been a part of the centre from when they first opened . The staff and owner of the centre are so professional and caring and my children instantly felt at home . A very clean centre which offer so many extra curricular activities included in the fees ! Nothing I have heard of from any other centre ! Such a generous team who offer so much care to our children . My children love going here and I am so happy with their learning programs . Sorry this is going to be a long read... My wife and I have two boys, now aged 3 and 1, and like most parents, finding the right childcare was a big decision for us. Our eldest joined Hand in Hand about a month after it opened, after leaving another center we actually loved, and our youngest followed two months later when he was around 10 months old. We’re usually dropping the boys off right at 7am and picking them up just before 6pm, so they spend a big part of their day there. That made it really important for us to feel confident they were not only safe but also in an environment where they could grow and be themselves. We knew we’d be watching closely at the start. We’re definitely those over-involved, slightly perfectionist parents. But six months in, we can honestly say moving them here was one of the best decisions we’ve made. These are our takes from the time our boys have been at hand in hand. Clean and Safe The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean everything is. You’ll often see staff cleaning throughout the day. It’s one of those things that might seem small, but it says a lot about how much they care and how seriously they take the kids' wellbeing. The space also feels secure and well set up for young children. Genuinely Caring Staff Joey and the team have been amazing. They’re kind, patient, and take the time to get to know each child. We’ve felt heard, supported, and reassured since day one. As parents who came from another good center, we had high standards and this team has absolutely met them. The way they connect with the kids and care for them each day really stands out. Fun, Learning, and Real Experiences Our boys have had some amazing experiences here. From a zoo incursion with unusual animals to a visit from the local fire station where our eldest got to use the firehose. He even surprised me one day by saying “Ciao,” thanks to the Italian sessions they run. It’s great to know they’re learning and having fun at the same time. Great Communication One thing we’ve really appreciated is how open and proactive the team is with communication. Whether it’s CCS percentage changes, new funding opportunities, or just general updates, they always keep us in the loop. It shows they understand the pressures families are under and genuinely want to help where they can. Being Part of a Community Even though Hand in Hand was a brand-new center when we joined, it already feels like a little community. The team really puts in the effort to build trust with families, and you feel like you’re part of something not just dropping your kid off at a service. We knew this would be a bit of a journey, but we’ve felt supported every step of the way. Seeing how much our boys are thriving socially, emotionally, and just having fun. Reaffirms that we made the right choice. A great childcare center isn’t just about ticking boxes. it’s about finding a place where your kids feel safe, loved, and excited to go every day. For us, Hand in Hand has been exactly that.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Hand in Hand ELC! My son settled in so quickly in the unicorn room — he was only upset on his very first day, and after that, he adapted so well thanks to the warm and caring educators. I really appreciate all the thought they put into their activities; there’s always something fun, creative, or educational happening. We also love getting lots of photos every day — it’s such a lovely way to feel connected to his day and see how happy and engaged he is. Highly recommend this centre to any family!

My son thinks that this place is his second home😍! He literally runs to the educators everytime we go. He loves this place so much and all the educators as well. From my experience, this early learning centre has been the best for my child, he comes back home with something new every time. My child has been there since he was 9 months old. So, for all parents with hesitation, I recommend this place for you.

I'm so glad I have enrolled my son in Hand in Hand. All of the educators are nurturing and have been so patient with my son. Everyone has helped in ensuring a smooth transition into daycare. The facilities and lessons offered are next to none. The children are in great hands.

A great centre for children. Recently did a tour of the service, loved the centre, got the little one enrolled. Staff and ambience was extremely good.

Absolutely love how friendly and genuine all the staff are at hand in hand, everyone is so nice! They even cater for so many age groups with different activities like music, gardening and language learning. The playground at the back is massive and very safe.

Excellent facilities with brand new resources for the kids. Loved that most of the toys and playground is made of wood and not plastic and that they have great programs where kids learn through play. Spoke to the owner who seems really genuine and passionate about creating a fun and safe learning space for kids to grow and learn, getting them ready for school.
