I arrived in Australia in 2014 and began working as a nanny, where I discovered my passion for early childhood education. This led me to complete my Certificate III and Diploma while gaining hands-on experience across centres in Sydney and Melbourne.
My career progressed significantly when I worked alongside Joey, owner of Hand in Hand, who mentored me into roles including 2IC, Educational Leader, and Centre Director over five years.
Since June 2025, I have been working as an Operations Manager, continuing to support teams and deliver high-quality education.
I am passionate about shaping young minds and believe meaningful learning comes through connection, nature, communication, and active, play-based experiences.

My journey in Early Childhood Education began in 2016, starting as a trainee with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children. As my career progressed, I completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2019, followed by my Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5) in 2024.
Over the years, I have been fortunate to grow through many different roles within the sector, from trainee to Area Manager. These experiences have shaped my leadership style and strengthened my belief that the foundation of a successful service lies in supportive relationships, a positive team culture, and a shared commitment to providing the highest quality care and education.
Outside of my career, my most important role is being a mum. After a long and challenging journey to become a parent, I feel incredibly grateful to be raising my beautiful twins. That experience has given me an even greater appreciation of the trust families place in us and has reinforced my commitment to creating environments where every child is nurtured, encouraged and celebrated.
I am passionate about inspiring educators, supporting families, and creating spaces where children feel confident to learn, explore and grow. My goal is to ensure every child has a sense of belonging and every family feels connected, supported and valued throughout their early learning journey.
Julia:
In 2009, I began studying a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Macquarie University while working in childcare. Although I initially aimed to become a primary teacher, my hands-on experience sparked a deep passion for early childhood, especially the critical development in a child’s first five years.
I graduated in 2014 and continue to grow through ongoing professional development and learning. With over sixteen years of experience in the childcare sector, I bring a strong foundation across various roles.
I am also a proud mum to my twins and stepmum to my stepson, and my family continues to inspire my passion every day.
