Working Retention Bonus
Overview:
Hand In Hand is a proud beneficiary of the Worker Retention Payment program, which provides a 15% wage increase for ECEC workers over two years. Payments are backdated to 2 December 2024, with the first payments beginning in January 2025.
Eligibility
Workers covered under the Children’s Services Award 2010 or Educational Services (Teachers) Award 2020.
Employed by approved providers who opt into the program
Providers must meet grant application criteria, including a workplace instrument and fee cap agreement.
